WHICH EXTERNAL DIAMETER TO CHOOSE?

The external diameter is the size of the Moon including the thickness of the tube, this means that the internal one, and therefore the free one e usable by your body, is 24 mm smaller.

To determine which diameter is best for you, sit down and measure the height from the chair to your head and add 10cm (about a fist).

We do not have rims suitable for the centimeter, buy the larger size if you are between 2 possible sizes.

Example:

83cm = Moon of 85 in external diameter

90cm = Moon of 90 in outer diameter

99cm = Moon of 100 in external diameter
