Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation. This refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Accepted Methods of Payment

You can quickly pay your order via credit or debit card. We accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards (Visa Electron, Maestro) as well as prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard). When you complete the payment process, you can receive your payment’s confirmation at your e-mail address.

Alternativelly, you can also use PayPal to pay your order more conveniently and safely.

(1) We commence processing the order on receipt of the payment. Subject to your bank’s banking procedures it may take up to 2 business days to be received.
(2) The stock is allocated to an order once payment has been received. Due to our competitive prices, stock can sell-out quickly. We recommend immediate payment to avoid disappointment.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy


Shipping time do not include our handling time process. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery for all orders. Keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Processing time

Orders typically ship within 5 to 7 business days. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes high demand items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take between 5-10 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays. Thank you for your patience.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Taxes and Duties
Orders may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.

Currency Conversion
All payments and refunds are charged euros. Currency conversion is for reference only. We suggest checking with the issuing bank of your credit card to find the exact exchange rate. We do not account for changes in exchange rates and will not issue price adjustments based on fluctuations of exchange rates.
